Kappa Psi Pharmaceutical Fraternity maintains an administrative office for the purpose of facilitating record keeping, finances, archiving Fraternity history, and other executive duties of the Fraternity.

This office is called The Central Office, and it is currently located in Richardson, Texas, United States.

The Central Office is the home location for the Executive Director of Kappa Psi and his/her staff. The current Executive Director is Johnny W. Porter. He has been Executive Director since October 2008.
