These forms are available in Adobe "PDF" format or Excel XLS format, submitted to The Central Office electronically AS AN ATTACHMENT, or if a signature is needed, downloaded & printed, and snail-mailed to The Central Office. (Suggest you print a copy for your chapter's records.) Some of the Scholarship forms are submitted to the Scholarship Committee Chair. Microsoft Excel files can be opened with the free Excel Viewer, but cannot be saved with it. The free Open Office software can open and save Excel files. Get the Acrobat reader. |
